Our residents have our dedicated culinary team to thank for their delicious meals every day. Our onsite cooks are always hard at work planning and preparing delectable dishes to tantalize our residents’ taste buds. We even let residents play a part in planning our regular menus!
Food That Tastes Like Home
While our residents love trying new things whipped up by our culinary team, they also enjoy food that tastes like home. We do our best to cater to our residents’ nostalgic requests! Whether it’s a great-grandmother’s special soup recipe or a famous chicken fried steak, we go above and beyond to add our residents’ favorite foods to our weekly menus.
Residents are also free to prepare their own meals and snacks or dine out in Rocklin, California, or beyond.

You don’t have to go to an actual restaurant to enjoy a restaurant experience. We offer that right here at Ansel Park Independent Living. You can enjoy a casual dining experience in our casual café or authentic restaurant dining in our formal dining space.
Not only does our dining room mimic a traditional restaurant, but our culinary team also offers restaurant-style food and table service. We even take care of the washing up!
